Counselling can provide a safe, confidential space to talk about whatever you’re experiencing, without judgement.
You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, low or stuck, or perhaps you’re going through a difficult period or significant change in your life. Sometimes it can be difficult to make sense of things on your own.
Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing, understand patterns that may be affecting you and consider what might help you move forward.

Relationships can be challenging, particularly when communication has become difficult or you feel that you’re stuck in the same patterns.
Couples counselling provides a supportive space for both partners to talk openly, be heard and gain a better understanding of each other’s perspectives.
Whether you’re experiencing ongoing difficulties, struggling to communicate or simply want to strengthen your relationship, couples counselling can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect and work towards positive change together.
I also provide relationship therapy for non-romantic couples, whether it be an adult parent/child, sibling or friend/business relationship.

Starting counselling can feel daunting, particularly if you've never spoken to a counsellor before.
You don't need to prepare anything or know exactly what to say.
Our sessions provide a confidential space for you to talk, reflect and explore what is happening for you. I'll listen without judgement and help you make sense of what you're experiencing.
The relationship we build is central to my way of working. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and to feel genuinely heard and respected.
”Counselling with Holly gave me the tools to live life differently and with a fresh perspective. Yes, there will still be tough times ahead but now I feel better equipped to deal with them.“
